Roberta Rinker, LICSW, LCSW-C, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. She has been a social worker for over 20 years, specializing in providing mental health services to adolescents and young adults. She uses a strength based, trauma informed, attachment focused, and adoption competent model of practice when partnering with adolescents, young adults and families. This approach allows adolescents and young adults to discover and realize their strengths and goals for the future. Ms. Rinker also has extensive experience in assisting young people and their families to navigate the process to obtain acute care and residential treatment. She is available to support families in navigating this process to ensure that the youth receive the treatment needed and remains connected to their family while receiving treatment.
